A 30% deposit is required to confirm any safari booking, with the balance due 14 days before travel. Day trips and short excursions may be paid in full at time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before travel receive a full refund of the deposit minus processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a tiered cancellation fee based on proximity to the travel date.
Wildlife sightings and park conditions can require flexible routing. Your driver-guide may adjust the day's route to maximize wildlife viewing while keeping the overall itinerary intact.
Travelers are responsible for their own travel insurance, including medical evacuation coverage. We strongly recommend comprehensive insurance for all safari travel.
Listed prices are per person based on double/twin occupancy unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change for new bookings due to park fee or accommodation rate changes. Confirmed bookings are locked in at the quoted price. All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD); any other currency shown is an approximate conversion for reference only.
We accept payment by card and mobile money via DPO Group, and via PayPal. Your booking is held provisionally until payment is received; once payment is confirmed, you'll receive an automated email confirmation along with your booking reference. Maraverse does not store your card details — all payments are processed directly by our payment partners.
